Jammu & Kashmir, May 10: Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has welcomed the ceasefire agreement between India and Pakistan, highlighting the importance of saving civilian lives along the border regions.

The CM said, “We welcome #ceasefire between #India and #Pakistan. It will save lives. Now our job is to provide relief to the affected population.”

Abdullah stressed the need for focused relief and rehabilitation efforts for those affected by past skirmishes, urging the administration to prioritize support in conflict-impacted areas.
