Anantnag, April 24:
Minister for Transport, Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Satish Sharma, along with Member of Parliament Mian Altaf Ahmad and Anantnag West MLA Abdul Majeed Bhat, paid a visit to the Government Medical College (GMC) Anantnag today to meet the individuals injured in the recent terror attack in Pahalgam.
The visit was aimed at reviewing the condition of the wounded and evaluating the medical care being provided. The leaders were also there to inspect the hospital’s response infrastructure and ensure that the victims were receiving the necessary treatment and support.
During the visit, hospital authorities briefed the dignitaries on the immediate response undertaken following the attack, the present health status of the injured, and the support being extended to both patients and their families.
The delegation spoke with the victims and their loved ones, extending words of comfort and assuring them of full administrative backing. Expressing their deep concern over the incident, they conveyed heartfelt wishes for a swift recovery of all those injured.
They also lauded the efforts of the hospital staff and medical teams, commending their prompt and dedicated response to the crisis. The leaders encouraged them to continue their commendable service with the same commitment and dedication.
