Bhubaneswar, April 26:
Union Minister of State for Corporate Affairs, Road Transport, and Highways, Harsh Malhotra, on Saturday handed over appointment letters to 258 candidates during a Rozgar Mela held in Bhubaneswar.
The event was part of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s nationwide employment drive, under which similar programs were organized at 47 locations across the country, benefiting over 51,000 youths.
Addressing the gathering, Malhotra highlighted the government’s achievements in creating employment opportunities. He asserted that the Modi-led central government has provided 1.5 times more jobs to young people than the previous United Progressive Alliance (UPA) government.
Malhotra emphasized that the Rozgar Melas reflect the government’s continued focus on empowering the youth and strengthening the workforce, contributing significantly to the country’s economic growth.
