New Delhi, Aug 11: The Delhi High Court on Monday directed separatist leader Yasin Malik to file his response to the National Investigation Agency’s (NIA) plea seeking enhancement of his life sentence to the death penalty in a terror funding case.
Malik, chief of the banned Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF), is currently serving a life term in Delhi’s Tihar Jail after being convicted in May 2022 under charges including waging war against the Government of India and funding terrorist activities
