Qazigund, Jammu & Kashmir – May 1, 2025

Train services between Qazigund and Hiller were suspended early this morning after a truck rolled onto the railway tracks. At least three trains have been affected, with authorities working to clear the obstruction.

The truck, which veered off the road, caused a disruption on the critical Jammu–Baramulla line. Efforts are underway to restore normal services, with railway officials advising passengers to stay updated on train schedules.

The incident has highlighted the need for improved safety measures to prevent such disruptions on the region’s key transport routes.
