Srinagar Police Accord Warm Send-Off to Retiring Officials

Srinagar: Srinagar Police on Thursday organized a farewell ceremony at the District Police Headquarters to honour two retiring officials—Assistant Sub-Inspector Mohi-ud-din and Head Constable Sardar Ali—for their years of dedicated and commendable service to the Jammu and Kashmir Police.

Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Srinagar, Dr. G. V. Sundeep Chakravarthy, IPS, presided over the event and lauded the retiring officers for their unwavering commitment, professionalism, and integrity throughout their distinguished careers. He expressed deep appreciation for their valuable contributions to the force and extended his best wishes for a healthy and fulfilling post-retirement life.

The ceremony was attended by SP Headquarters Shri Umar Shah, DySP Headquarters Ms. Syed Sleet Shah, CPO Jaswant Raj, AO Imtiyaz Ahmad, and other senior officers, who joined in expressing gratitude and admiration for the retiring personnel.

As a mark of recognition, SSP Srinagar presented Certificates of Appreciation to both officers, acknowledging their dedicated service and significant role in maintaining law and order over the years. The event concluded on a warm note, reflecting the respect and esteem held for the retiring officials within the police fraternity.
