Rain, Thunderstorms Likely in J&K from July 1–8:MET

SRINAGAR, June 30: The Meteorological Centre Srinagar has forecast intermittent rain and thunderstorms across Jammu and Kashmir from July 1 to 8, with increased intensity from July 6 onward.June 30 will see partly to generally cloudy skies with brief showers, especially in the Jammu division, where moderate rain is expected in some areas. The department has warned of potential flash floods, landslides, and shooting stones in vulnerable regions.
