Pahalgam, Kashmir – The terror attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, has drawn strong condemnation from political leaders across the country. Among the first to respond was Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, who described the attack as “cowardly, unforgivable, and highly condemnable.”

In a heartfelt post on social media, Yogi Adityanath expressed his sorrow and solidarity with the victims. “The terrorist attack in Pahalgam in Jammu and Kashmir is cowardly, unforgivable and highly condemnable,” the CM wrote. “My condolences to those who lost their loved ones in this tragic incident! I pray to Lord Shri Ram to grant salvation to the departed souls and speedy recovery to the injured.”

Yogi Adityanath’s strong words reflect the deep sense of outrage felt across the nation, condemning the attack and offering prayers for both the victims and the injured. The Uttar Pradesh CM’s message resonates with a call for national unity in the face of terror, emphasizing that acts of violence will not deter the resolve of the people.

The attack has left the region in shock, and political leaders across India have echoed the sentiment of strong condemnation. Pulwama MLA and PDP leader Waheed Para also condemned the act, noting that such attacks are timed to destabilize the region when peace seems to be on the horizon.

Authorities have initiated an investigation into the attack, and local security forces are on high alert to ensure the safety of the public. As the region deals with the aftermath, the collective outcry from leaders such as Yogi Adityanath signals a united stance against terrorism.
