Kolkata, July 10, 2025 — Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah inaugurated TTF Kolkata 2025, India’s oldest and most trusted B2B travel trade show, positioning the Union Territory as a premier all-season tourism destination.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Abdullah highlighted the region’s rapidly expanding infrastructure, diverse tourism offerings, and investor-friendly policies. He emphasized the strong cultural and emotional bond between Jammu & Kashmir and West Bengal, inviting travellers from the state to rediscover the natural and cultural splendor of J&K.

“Jammu and Kashmir is not just a destination for seasons—it’s a destination for all seasons,” he said. “We are committed to offering safe, sustainable, and enriching travel experiences backed by world-class infrastructure.”

TTF Kolkata 2025 features over 500 exhibitors from more than 25 Indian states and 14 countries, making it a key platform for the travel and tourism industry. With over 5,500 travel professionals in attendance, the event provides unmatched networking opportunities just ahead of the peak travel season.

The Chief Minister’s address underscored J&K’s renewed focus on tourism-led economic growth and its efforts to attract both domestic and international visitors.

TTF Kolkata continues through the weekend, offering a vibrant space for collaboration, innovation, and the promotion of travel across India and beyond.
