Minister Satish Sharma paid surprise visits to the Regional Transport Corporation (RTC) Headquarters and the offices of Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs (FCS&CA) in Srinagar to assess transparency and operational efficiency.
During the visits, Sharma reviewed official records, interacted with staff members, and emphasized the government’s commitment to enhancing public service delivery. He reiterated that such inspections are aimed at promoting accountability and improving responsiveness within public offices.
