Mendhar, Jan — J&K Minister for Jal Shakti, Forest & Tribal Affairs, Javed Ahmed Rana on Saturday joined the Annual Day 2025 celebrations at the Modern Institute of Creative Learning (MICL) in Dharana Mendhar, where he lauded the exceptional talent and creativity displayed by the students.

Addressing the gathering, the minister said the students’ performances reflected a high level of confidence, hard work and artistic expression. He described their presentations as “truly inspiring” and emphasized the importance of nurturing young minds to build a progressive future.

Rana extended his heartfelt wishes to the children, their parents and the entire MICL team for their continued dedication in shaping the next generation. He appreciated the institute’s efforts in providing a platform that encourages holistic development and creative learning.

The event witnessed vibrant cultural performances, speeches and presentations by students, drawing enthusiastic participation from parents and local residents. The school management expressed gratitude to the minister for gracing the occasion and motivating the students with his words.
