SRINAGAR: The first group of Kashmiri students who were stranded in Iran has safely returned to the Valley by Friday morning, bringing much-needed relief to their anxious families.
Faizan Ali, Iran Coordinator for the Jammu and Kashmir Students Association (JKSA), confirmed the development, stating, “While some students arrived yesterday, the rest, who were travelling in deluxe buses from Delhi, have reached today.”
“We sincerely thank the Ministry of External Affairs and everyone involved in facilitating the safe and timely evacuation. Their efforts have eased the concerns of many worried families,” he added.
