Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Tuesday conducted a series of pre-budget meetings with various government departments to review sector-wise priorities, assess public needs, and align budget proposals with the overall development goals of Jammu and Kashmir.
During the meetings, the Chief Minister emphasized the importance of people-centric initiatives aimed at improving the quality of life across the Union Territory. He called for efficient and transparent service delivery mechanisms to ensure that government schemes reach the intended beneficiaries in a timely manner.
