SRINAGAR, July 11: Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo chaired a high-level meeting to review the implementation of the National Health Mission (NHM) across Jammu and Kashmir, focusing on improving key health indicators in the region.

The review highlighted significant achievements, including a notable decline in the Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) and an impressive 99% rate of institutional deliveries. Dulloo emphasized the need for ensuring the availability of essential drugs, timely maintenance of medical equipment, and strengthening of school health screening initiatives.
