Srinagar, July 12: Chief Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir, Atal Dulloo, today launched the Union Territory’s first-of-its-kind MSME Health Clinic Portal aimed at identifying and addressing early signs of distress in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).

The portal will serve as an early warning system, allowing timely detection of financial or operational stress in MSME units. Based on these alerts, the concerned department will formulate and implement remedial action plans to support and revive struggling units.

Officials say the initiative marks a significant step toward strengthening the MSME sector, which forms a critical backbone of the region’s economy.
