Kargil, Ladakh: A large-scale mock drill simulating disaster situations such as earthquakes and cloudbursts was organized across various locations in Kargil on Thursday.
The exercise was conducted for the fourth consecutive year with the active cooperation of the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) and the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA). The drill aimed to test the readiness of local authorities, response teams, and community volunteers in handling emergencies effectively.
