Poonch, August 4:
Minister for Social Welfare, Sakeena Itoo, conducted an extensive tour of the Haveli constituency in Poonch district, reaffirming the government’s commitment to strengthening grassroots healthcare and education under the leadership of Chief Minister Omar Abdullah.
During her visit, the minister inaugurated the newly constructed Outpatient Department (OPD) Block at Sub-District Hospital (SDH) Mandi, aimed at enhancing healthcare delivery for the local population. She also laid the foundation stones for a state-of-the-art Dialysis Unit and the proposed Government Degree College (GDC) in Mandi, marking significant strides toward improving medical and educational infrastructure in the region.
