New Delhi, July 27, 2025 — Advisor to the Chief Minister, J&K, Nasir Sogami and MLA Gulmarg, Farooq Shah, received the prestigious Travel Ratna Award on behalf of the Chief Minister at the 10th International Conference on Travel, Tourism & Aviation (ICTTA) 2025, held in New Delhi.

The award recognizes Jammu and Kashmir’s outstanding efforts in promoting tourism and enhancing its appeal as a world-class travel destination.

Chief Minister Omar Abdullah congratulated the J&K Tourism Department for this recognition, lauding their dedication and consistent efforts to boost tourism and position Jammu and Kashmir on the global tourism map.
