DC Rajouri Reviews Preparedness Amid Weather Concerns, Schools to Remain Closed

Rajouri, July 23: In view of the prevailing weather conditions, Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Abhishek Sharma, on Wednesday, chaired a high-level meeting to review preparedness across departments.

He directed all concerned departments to remain on high alert, ensure prompt road clearance, safeguard water sources, and keep rescue teams on standby to respond to any emergencies.

The Deputy Commissioner also announced that schools in the district shall remain closed, subject to weather conditions, as a precautionary measure to ensure student safety.
