Woman from Kupwara Dies in Road Accident in Srinagar

SRINAGAR: A woman from Kupwara died after being hit by a speeding vehicle near the SDM office in Bemina, Srinagar, on Tuesday, officials said.Identified as Naseema Begum, wife of Fayaz Ahmad, she was rushed to a nearby hospital but was declared dead on arrival. Police have taken cognisance of the incident.
