28-Year-Old Labourer Dies by Suicide in Kargil

SRINAGAR, June 30: A 28-year-old labourer from Doda district was found hanging in his rented room in Saliskote, Kargil, late last night, police said.The deceased, identified as Shakeel Ahmed, had arrived on June 12 for work and was living with two others. On Sunday, he stayed back due to stomach pain while his roommates went to work. Upon their return around 1 PM, they found the door locked and saw him hanging through the window.
