JAMMU, June 11: Security forces on Wednesday initiated a search operation along the Dhar Road in Jammu and Kashmir’s Samba district following reports of suspicious movement by two individuals believed to be terrorists, officials said.
According to sources, the suspects were reportedly dressed in combat uniforms and were last seen near a school in Nud village during the intervening night. Alert villagers immediately informed the local police, prompting a swift response from security personnel.
The search operation is currently underway, though no trace of the suspects has been found so far, officials added.
