Indore, May 11: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav on Sunday commended the Narendra Modi-led central government for its decisive national security measures, particularly citing Operation Sindoor and the strategic empowerment of the Indian Armed Forces.
Speaking at a job fair in Indore, Yadav stated that the Modi government had proactively prepared to counter the hostile intentions of the country’s adversaries. He highlighted that granting operational autonomy to the armed forces significantly weakened Pakistan’s position by enabling targeted strikes against terrorist infrastructure.
“When the Modi government came to power, many questioned the substantial expenditure on the Rafale fighter jets. But when our enemies stood at the border, it was these very aircraft, along with modern military technology, that enabled our forces to eliminate terrorist bases and settle longstanding scores,” Yadav said.
The Chief Minister emphasized that India’s enhanced military preparedness and assertive defense policy under Prime Minister Modi have bolstered national security and ensured a strong deterrence against cross-border threats.
