Top officials from the state administration and law enforcement agencies are likely to attend.The attack, which took place in the popular tourist destination of Pahalgam, has raised fresh concerns about security arrangements in the Valley, particularly as the region prepares for the upcoming tourist season.Sources close to the Chief Minister’s office said the government is also expected to deliberate on immediate response strategies and long-term measures to prevent such incidents in the future.
