President Murmu Attends Civic Reception in Imphal, Launches Key Development Projects

Imphal, Dec 12 — President Droupadi Murmu on Thursday attended a civic reception hosted in her honour by the Government of Manipur at Imphal, where she also inaugurated and laid the foundation stones for several developmental projects aimed at boosting the state’s growth.

Addressing the gathering, President Murmu praised the people of Manipur for their talent, resilience, and hard work. She said she was confident that communities from both the valley and the hills would continue to work together in renewed harmony, leading the state toward greater prosperity and happiness.

The President’s visit marks a significant moment for Manipur as the newly launched and proposed projects are expected to enhance infrastructure, strengthen public services, and contribute to long-term socio-economic development.

Officials, dignitaries, and residents attended the event, expressing optimism that the President’s words and the new initiatives would inspire unity and progress across the state.
