Srinagar, November 14: Authorities demolished the residence of Dr. Umar Nabi in Pulwama during the intervening night of Thursday and Friday.
Dr. Umar has been identified as the prime accused in the car blast near Delhi’s Red Fort on Monday, which left 13 people dead and 20 others injured.
According to investigators, Dr. Umar allegedly drove the Hyundai i20 that was laden with explosives. His identity was confirmed after forensic experts matched DNA recovered from the blast site with samples taken from his mother.
Following the demolition, security forces intensified search operations across parts of south Kashmir. Police teams are also probing potential connections linked to the incident.
