SRINAGAR, Sept 15: Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Monday attended the 58th Engineers’ Day celebrations at the Institution of Engineers (India), J&K State Centre, Srinagar.
Paying rich tributes to Bharat Ratna Sir M. Visvesvaraya, Omar Abdullah lauded his pioneering contributions to engineering and nation-building. He said Visvesvaraya’s life and work remain an inspiration for generations, reminding engineers of their responsibility towards society.
