The property—comprising eight marlas and 202 sq ft of land with a building in Mir Masjid Mohalla, Shallabagh Khanyar—was registered to Mohammad Yousuf Shah and is currently occupied by his son, Masood Hussain Shah.

The seizure is linked to FIR No. 48/2024 filed at Police Station Khanyar, which includes charges under Section 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, Sections 7/27 of the Arms Act, and Sections 16, 18, 19, 20, and 39 of the UAPA.

Police stated the property was acquired using proceeds from terrorist activities and was formally attached under Section 25 of the UAPA following legal procedures.
