ew Delhi/Madhubani, April 24: In a strong message following the recent terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pahalgam, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday pledged that India will relentlessly pursue those responsible for terrorism and bring them to justice.
Speaking at a public event in Bihar’s Madhubani, PM Modi declared, “Today from the soil of Bihar, I say it to the whole world – India will identify, track and punish every terrorist and their backers. We will pursue them to the ends of the Earth.”
The Prime Minister’s remarks come in the wake of a deadly attack in Pahalgam, where suspected militants targeted security forces, leading to multiple casualties. The incident has drawn widespread condemnation and has once again brought the issue of cross-border terrorism to the forefront.
“India’s spirit will never be broken by terrorism. Terrorism will not go unpunished. Every effort will be made to ensure that justice is done,” PM Modi added, emphasizing that the entire nation stands united in its resolve against terror.
He also expressed gratitude towards international leaders and countries who have extended solidarity with India in this difficult time. “Everyone who believes in humanity is with us. I thank the people of various countries and their leaders who have stood with us in this time,” he said.
Security has been heightened across the Kashmir Valley, and investigations into the attack are underway. This latest development is likely to intensify India’s diplomatic efforts to isolate and pressure states allegedly supporting terrorism.
