SRINAGAR: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Monday carried out coordinated raids at multiple locations across Kashmir as part of an ongoing investigation into terror-related activities.
According to sources, searches were conducted in Srinagar and several other districts targeting suspected terror networks, overground workers, and terror-funding operations.
Officials said raids were also underway at the banned JeI-linked Siraj-ul-Uloom in Imam Sahib area of Shopian.
NIA teams, supported by Jammu and Kashmir Police and paramilitary forces, searched residential premises linked to suspected individuals, sources added.
