Baramulla, May 5: Mudasir Hussain, a 2011-batch officer of the Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service (JKAS), today assumed charge as the Assistant Commissioner Development (ACD) Baramulla. Upon taking over, he interacted with the staff and reviewed the functioning of the department.
