New Delhi, April 21: The Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, Shri Manoj Sinha, will inaugurate a National Seminar titled “Women-Led Development: Channelizing New Horizons of Empowerment during the Narendra Modi Era for Viksit Bharat” in Srinagar on May 31, 2025.
The announcement came after a meeting in New Delhi today between the Lieutenant Governor and representatives from the Centre for Narendra Modi Studies (CNMS), the organizing body of the event.
CNMS Managing Trustee, Prof. Jasim Mohammad, expressed appreciation to LG Sinha for agreeing to grace the occasion as Chief Guest. “His presence will serve as a great motivation for all participants and attendees,” he noted.
The seminar is designed to explore the transformative role of women in India’s development journey, with a particular focus on the policies and initiatives launched under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. It will convene academics, policymakers, and experts from across the country to deliberate on strategies for advancing women’s empowerment and strengthening the foundation of a developed India.
