May 6 – A man lost his life in a tragic accident after a JCB earthmover veered off the road and overturned in Katarmal village of Manjakote sector in Rajouri district, Jammu and Kashmir, on Tuesday.
Officials said the driver, identified as Mohammad Asif, son of Mohammad Taj and a resident of Thandi Kassi, Rajouri, died on the spot due to the impact of the crash.
A police official confirmed the incident and said that a case has been registered while further investigations are underway.
