Reasi, May 2:
A series of drug awareness programs were conducted across Reasi district under the ongoing Nasha Mukt J&K Abhiyan, aimed at combating substance abuse.
The initiatives involved active participation from various stakeholders, including educational institutions, civil society members, local administration, and law enforcement agencies. The programs focused on sensitizing the public about the harmful effects of drug addiction and promoting preventive strategies among the youth and general population.
Officials emphasized the need for a collective response to the growing threat of substance abuse and urged communities to join hands in creating a drug-free society.
The campaign is part of a broader effort by the Jammu and Kashmir administration to address drug misuse through education, community outreach, and rehabilitation support.
