Srinagar, July 14: Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo reviewed the progress of the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) in Jammu and Kashmir, stressing the need for 100% digital health records linked to ABHA (Ayushman Bharat Health Account) IDs.

He emphasized the integration of Sehat, ABDM, and HMIS portals to build a unified and seamless digital healthcare ecosystem in the Union Territory. Dulloo also underscored the importance of regularly updating digital records and promoting the widespread use of the “Scan and Share” facility to enhance patient care and service delivery.

Directives were issued for the timely completion of the Health Professional Registry to ensure comprehensive data coverage.

Officials informed that over 94 lakh ABHA IDs have been generated, all public health facilities have been registered under ABDM, and more than 71 lakh “Scan and Share” tokens have been utilized so far.

The Chief Secretary appreciated the progress and urged all stakeholders to maintain the momentum to achieve full implementation goals.
