Srinagar, Aug 15: The Chief Minister today paid homage at the Balidan Stamb in Srinagar, honouring the supreme sacrifices of the armed forces. In a solemn ceremony, the CM laid a wreath at the memorial, which stands as a symbol of valour and sacrifice.
