CM Omar Visits Flood-Hit Areas of Anantnag

SRINAGAR: Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Saturday visited several flood-affected areas of Anantnag, including Mehdi Kadal, Deva Colony, and Ashagipora Bridge, to review the damage caused by recent heavy rains.Accompanied by Deputy CM Surinder Choudhary, Advisor Nasir Aslam Wani, Ministers Javed Rana and Sakina Itoo, legislators, and senior officials including Deputy Commissioner Syed Farkahudin, the CM interacted with affected families and inspected damaged homes, roads, and infrastructure.He assured timely relief measures and directed the district administration to prioritize restoration works and ensure uninterrupted supply of essentials to the affected areas.
