SRINAGAR, Aug 10: The anti-terror operation in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kulgam district entered its 10th day on Sunday, with security forces intensifying efforts to tighten the cordon around the militants.
“The operation is ongoing, and our teams are working to close in on the positions of the hiding ultras,” an official said.
According to officials, the militants appear to be highly trained in jungle warfare and are exploiting the dense foliage to evade detection, including by drones.
