Srinagar, July 31: Health authorities in Jammu and Kashmir have launched an inquiry after a video surfaced showing a doctor filming inside restricted areas of Srinagar’s Lalla Ded Maternity Hospital.
The undated video, which emerged on Wednesday, shows the doctor walking through the labour room and into the operation theatre while a surgery is in progress.
“We went to the labour room, there was nothing, so we are going to the OT,” he says while turning the camera toward the operating table.Officials said a committee comprising medical and IT experts has been formed and asked to submit its report within 24 hours.
