Jammu, July 11: Principal Secretary, Agriculture Production Department (APD), Shailendra Kumar, conducted a comprehensive review of the ongoing developmental works under CAPEX, Holistic Agriculture Development Programme (HADP), Centrally Sponsored Schemes (CSSs), and NABARD initiatives in Jammu.
During the review meeting, Kumar emphasized the importance of timely execution of projects, effective utilization of allocated funds, and ensuring tangible impact at the grassroots level. He directed officials to maintain transparency and accountability in the implementation process, and to closely monitor progress to address bottlenecks promptly.
The review aimed at evaluating the physical and financial achievements under various schemes to strengthen the agricultural infrastructure and boost farmers’ livelihoods in the region.
