Lucknow, April 27 — Minister Javed Ahmed Rana has successfully concluded his visit to Lucknow, where he coordinated with Uttar Pradesh authorities on ensuring the safety of Jammu and Kashmir businessmen and students following the recent Pahalgam attack.

During his visit, Rana met with Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Minister Swatantra Dev Singh. He also took the opportunity to interact with students at the prestigious Darul Uloom Nadwatul Ulama. Additionally, Rana met several J&K students and businessmen residing in Lucknow to personally assess their concerns regarding their safety.

The Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister assured Rana of the state government’s commitment to the safety of Jammu and Kashmir residents. CM Adityanath emphasized that the safety and security of J&K residents in Uttar Pradesh would be given top priority. He also instructed the state administration to take all necessary measures to ensure the well-being of these individuals.

This move comes in the wake of heightened concerns about the safety of J&K residents in other states after the deadly attack on civilians in Pahalgam.

Minister Rana’s visit underscores the government’s ongoing efforts to address these concerns and reinforce the sense of security among the people of Jammu and Kashmir living in Uttar Pradesh.
