In a heartfelt message, Russian President Vladimir Putin expressed his deep sorrow and extended condolences to Indian President Droupadi Murmu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi following the devastating terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir.

In his message, President Putin conveyed his sympathy, saying,”Dear President Murmu and Prime Minister Modi,
Please accept my sincere condolences on the tragic loss of lives in the recent terrorist attack in Pahalgam, where innocent civilians, including citizens from various countries, were targeted. Such brutal acts of violence are utterly unjustifiable. We trust that those responsible for this heinous crime will be swiftly brought to justice.”

He further reaffirmed Russia’s unwavering commitment to strengthening cooperation with India in the fight against terrorism in all its forms, adding,
“I would also like to reiterate our dedication to enhancing our partnership in the global fight against terrorism. Kindly convey my heartfelt sympathies to the families of the victims and my wishes for a swift recovery to those injured.”
