The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has once again extended the deadline for submitting applications for the Civil Services Preliminary Examination 2025, giving aspirants additional time to apply. Candidates can now submit their applications until February 21, 2025, by 6 PM.

This marks the second extension granted by the commission for the prestigious examination, which is conducted in three stages—Preliminary, Mains, and Interview—to recruit officers for top services such as the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), and Indian Police Service (IPS), among others.

In an official notice published on its website, the UPSC confirmed that the extension applies to both the Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination 2025 and the Indian Forest Service (Preliminary) Examination 2025.

Candidates aspiring for these elite services are advised to take advantage of this extension and complete their applications before the revised deadline.
