Jammu, June 7: Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, Manoj Sinha, paid heartfelt tributes to Lieutenant Beereshwar Goswami, who made the supreme sacrifice while undertaking operational duties in a challenging area marked by rugged terrain, steep cliffs, and adverse weather conditions.
