Jammu, Monday: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Monday interacted with IAS Officer Trainees of the 2025 batch, who are on a five-day visit to Jammu as part of the Winter Study Tour under the Bharat Darshan Programme.
During the interaction, the Lieutenant Governor welcomed the officer trainees to Jammu and Kashmir and emphasized the vital role of civil servants in nation-building and public service delivery. He highlighted the importance of integrity, empathy, and commitment while serving the people, especially in diverse and challenging regions like Jammu and Kashmir.
