New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Moday extended his greetings to the Border Security Force (BSF) on its Raising Day, praising the force for its unwavering commitment to safeguarding the nation.

In a post on X, the Prime Minister said the BSF embodies India’s “unwavering resolve and utmost professionalism,” acknowledging the challenges its personnel face while serving in some of the toughest terrains.

“On BSF Raising Day, my greetings to all their personnel. BSF symbolises India’s unwavering resolve and utmost professionalism. Their sense of duty is exemplary. They serve in some of the most challenging terrains. Alongside their valour, their humanitarian spirit is also exceptional. My best wishes to the force in their pursuit of serving and protecting our nation,” he wrote.
