Kulgam, J&K: Kulgam Police on Wednesday carried out a series of meticulously coordinated search operations targeting individuals and premises allegedly linked with the banned organisation Jamaat-e-Islami (JeI).

According to officials, multiple teams were deployed across different locations in the district to execute the searches as part of ongoing investigations. During the operation, police recovered electronic gadgets, literature, and various documents suspected to hold relevance to the current probe.

Authorities said the action is part of sustained efforts to curb activities of unlawful organisations and strengthen security measures in the region. The recovered material has been taken into custody for detailed examination.
