Jammu, Monday, Nov 3: After formally opening offices in the winter capital, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Monday chaired a high-level meeting with the Council of Ministers and Administrative Secretaries to review the functioning of various departments and assess the overall administrative preparedness following the biannual Darbar Move.

During the meeting, the Chief Minister emphasized the need for improved coordination among departments to ensure efficient public service delivery during the winter months. He directed the officials to focus on timely execution of development projects and address public grievances promptly.

The meeting also discussed measures to enhance transparency, accountability, and responsiveness in governance. Senior officers briefed the Chief Minister on departmental progress and outlined plans for upcoming initiatives in Jammu division.
