Jammu, Oct 14: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today addressed a mega rally of ex-servicemen in Jammu, organized by the Western Command and the 26 Infantry Division to commemorate the Diamond Jubilee of India’s victory over Pakistan in the 1965 war.

The event witnessed participation of a large number of veterans, serving personnel, and families of martyrs. Paying glowing tributes to the bravehearts who laid down their lives for the nation, the LG hailed the indomitable spirit, courage, and dedication of India’s ex-servicemen.

“Every soldier’s sacrifice is a cornerstone of our nation’s strength and sovereignty. The 1965 war stands as a testament to the unmatched valour and unity of our armed forces,” Sinha said, expressing deep gratitude toward the armed forces community.
