SRINAGAR: Health Minister Sakeena Itoo on Saturday inaugurated a newly constructed Primary Health Centre (PHC) at Devsar, Kulgam.
MLA Peerzada Feroz Ahmad, district officials, health officers, and locals attended the event. Itoo said the PHC will bring quality healthcare closer to residents and reiterated the government’s focus on strengthening rural health infrastructure.
